To create a default histogram (with midpoints labeled):
Title your data in the column heading C1
Enter your raw data in C1
Select Graph menu and highlight Histogram
Select data in C1 (double click)
Select [Annotation] > title: “enter a title name” OK

To create a histogram with class limits (cutpoints) labeled:
Title your data in the column heading C1
Enter your raw data in C1
Select Graph menu and highlight Histogram
Select data in C1 (double click)
Select [Annotation] > Title: “enter a title name” OK
[Options] > Type of Intervals = CutPoints OK

To create a histogram with your own defined intervals:
Title your data in the column heading C1
Enter your raw data in C1
Select Graph menu and highlight Histogram
Select data in C1 (double click)
Select [Annotation] > title: “enter a title name” OK
[Options] > Definition of Intervals = Midpoint/Cutpoint positions:
Type in the labels 195 200 205 210 215 220 225 OK

LAB: Enter the cholesterol data Class_Examples_Data #3 into Minitab and reproduce the three histograms on this page. Paste these graphs into a word document. Fit all histograms on one page. Consider right clicking the graph: Format_Object > Layout > Tight > OK.
