Each flag must be stitched with different color non-felt fabrics as determined above-see personal code and colors) . There is to be NO paint, pencil, marker, iron-on, or glue on your flag (with one exception: an optional logo redering within the designated shape-see shape/logo). Your flag must be identical on both sides.

Flags are no longer required to be attached to a wooden or plastic dowel. Each flag must be exactly 5 1/2 by 8 inches. (Mini-Flags Really)
