Each flag must be stitched with different color fabrics (as determined above-see personal code and colors) . There is to be NO paint, pencil, marker, iron-on, or glue on your flag (with one exception: an optional logo redering within the designated shape-see shape/logo). Your flag must be identical on both sides.

Each flag must be firmly attached to a wooden or plastic dowel. Each flag must be exactly 8 1/2 by 11 after dowel attachment. This means allow an inch or two for attaching the flag (so cut the fabric 12 to 13 inches long).
